Exchanges & Returns

We stand behind our products and we'll gladly return or exchange a purchase provided they adhere to our policy. 

 

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items purchased as a part of a kit, set, or bundle, must be returned with the complete kit, set, or bundle, to be eligible. 

To return your product, please contact us at info@ellisbrooklyn.com for shipping directions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Final Sale and Promotional Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately final sale and promotional items, such as free samples, or gifts with purchase items cannot be refunded. 

 

Promotional Item Terms (if applicable)

  • Promotional items are applicable once per order. While available, quantities are limited and valid while supplies last. 

  • Promotional item offers are not applicable to and applicable amount does not include the purchase of items noted as not eligible; bundles; samples; gift subscription; gift cards; eGift cards sales tax; shipping and handling fees; items that are not in stock at the time of purchase; pending purchases or purchases made prior to or after the conclusion of the offer. 

  • When promotional items are available, we reserve the right to substitute any free item offered with an item of equal or greater value. 

  • Promotional items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

  • Promotional item offers are subject to change without notice and other restrictions may apply.

 


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

In the event of damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items, we kindly request that you provide clear photo documentation of the issue. Please include these images along with your order number in an email to info@ellisbrooklyn.com for review and resolution. Please note that without photographic evidence, we reserve the right to decline a return, replacement, or refund.

Exchanges must be for equal or lesser value.

 

Gifts

If you were gifted an Ellis Brooklyn item purchased from www.ellisbrooklyn.com, you may be eligible for store credit. Please contact us at info@ellisbrooklyn.com with the order ID and purchasers email address for more information. All other return and exchange policies apply. 

 

Notice

  • We are unable to make price adjustments for prior purchases.

  • Only items purchased directly from www.ellisbrooklyn.com are eligible for exchange or return. If you purchased Ellis Brooklyn items at an authorized retailer, please reach out to the retailer for assistance.
