Shipping Rates For US

Standard shipping within the continental US is free on any order above $40 (not including 1.5ml Vials).

Standard fulfillment & shipping takes 5~10 business days after the order is placed using a designated shipping partner. Standard shipping is a flat rate of $8 for all orders (for orders under $40).

Alaska and Hawaii have a standard flat rate fee of $15 for shipping and processing on orders 0.1lb–15.005lbs, and $45 on orders 14.996lb–20.005lbs. For orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, standard fulfillment & shipping may take up to 14 business days after the order is placed.

During periods of high order volume, please allow additional processing time of up to 5 business days before shipment.

Standard shipping within the UK is free on any order above £40 (not including 1.5ml Vials). At this time, we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland.

Standard fulfillment & shipping takes 5~10 business days after the order is placed using a designated shipping partner. Standard shipping is a flat rate of £6 for all orders (for orders under £40).

During periods of high order volume, please allow additional processing time of up to 5 business days before shipment.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Ellis Brooklyn is not responsible for any delays with carrier transit times including, but not limited to, inclement weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances affecting the carrier transit industry. 

• At this time, we do not offer international shipping. 

• Ellis Brooklyn is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Should this issue arise, customers are urged to file a claim with the designated shipping partner for the lost or stolen package, for the most effective first step to resolution. Unfortunately we cannot reship, or refund orders without a claim being processed, and concluded, by the shipping partner. 

• In the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, Ellis Brooklyn assumes no responsibility. We will work to get the package to you, though an address error can incur a longer turnaround time.

• Ellis Brooklyn is not responsible for duties and fees mandated by customs.

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
